Academic penalties, failure, or expulsion resulting from violations of academic integrity policies.
Employment termination, disciplinary action, or loss of technical interviews.
Any legal or financial repercussions resulting from using this software in environments where external AI tools are prohibited.

By checking the agreement box during account creation, you acknowledge that you are using this tool entirely at your own risk.

4. Non-Refundable Payment Policy

Oppex operates on a prepaid credit system or subscription model. All purchases, payments, and credit recharges are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

We do not offer prorated refunds for unused credits.
We do not offer refunds if you are caught misusing the software by a third party.
If your account is terminated for violating our terms of service, you forfeit any remaining balance.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Oppex is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the 100% accuracy, reliability, or correctness of the AI-generated code or solutions. Users are entirely responsible for verifying the output before utilizing it in any professional or personal capacity.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your account, without prior notice or refund, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
